Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Arseductra ("Arseductra", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, submit a Growth Diagnosis application, communicate with us, or engage us for services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information: your name, work email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and preferred contact method.
- Business and professional information: business or brand name, area of expertise, website or social profile, current offer, average ticket or deal value, lead volume, approximate revenue, growth budget, business stage, growth constraints and goals.
- Application and enquiry information: any information you provide in our Growth Diagnosis form, messages, calls, emails, WhatsApp conversations or other communications.
- Transaction and billing information: if you purchase services, we may receive billing details, invoice information, payment status and transaction references. Where a third-party payment provider processes a payment, we do not intend to store your full card number, CVV or equivalent payment credentials on this website.
- Technical information: our hosting, security and content-delivery providers may automatically receive information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, referring pages and timestamps when the website or its hosted assets are accessed.
2. How website applications are submitted
When you submit the Growth Diagnosis form, the information you provide is transmitted to our website server and delivered to the Arseductra team by business email for review. The form is designed to submit in the background without requiring you to open a third-party messaging application.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- review enquiries and Growth Diagnosis applications;
- assess whether there is a suitable commercial or strategic fit;
- respond to you and communicate about potential or active engagements;
- prepare proposals, statements of work, contracts, invoices and service communications;
- deliver, manage and improve our services;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and maintain our website and systems;
- prevent fraud, misuse or security incidents;
- maintain business, tax, accounting and legal records where required; and
- send relevant business communications where permitted by law and your preferences.
4. Consent and other permitted processing
Where applicable law requires consent, we will seek clear consent for the specified purpose. Where the law permits processing on another basis, we may process information for legitimate business purposes, to take steps you request before entering an engagement, to perform an agreement, to comply with legal obligations, or for other uses permitted by applicable law.
You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. Withdrawal will not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and may affect our ability to provide a service that depends on the relevant information.
5. WhatsApp, email and communication platforms
The Growth Diagnosis form is submitted directly through our website and is not sent through WhatsApp. If you separately choose to use a “Talk to Us” WhatsApp link, contact us by email, or communicate through LinkedIn, Instagram, X or another third-party platform, that communication may also be processed by the relevant platform under its own terms and privacy practices.
Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through public or third-party communication channels unless it is necessary and appropriate for the engagement.
6. Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers and professional partners only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. These may include website hosting and content-delivery providers, cloud and communication providers, payment processors, accounting or professional advisers, contractors supporting our services, and security or technology providers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or prevent fraud.
We do not sell personal information as a business model.
7. Payments
If online payments are enabled, payments may be handled by a third-party payment gateway or payment processor. Such providers may collect payment credentials directly from you. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices, in addition to any obligations that apply to Arseductra.
8. International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements consistent with applicable data-protection requirements, including any restrictions that may apply to transfers of personal data outside India.
9. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage an enquiry or client relationship, maintain legitimate business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable law. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
Information held only in your browser's local storage remains subject to your browser's storage settings and can be cleared by you.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no website, internet transmission or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate security on your own devices and accounts.
11. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request information about the personal data we process, seek correction or updating of inaccurate data, request erasure in appropriate circumstances, withdraw consent where applicable, and raise a grievance about our processing.
Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules confer additional rights or procedures, we will respond in accordance with those requirements as they apply to us.
12. Marketing communications
You may ask us to stop promotional or marketing communications at any time by replying to the message, using any available opt-out mechanism, or contacting us at the email address below. We may still send non-promotional communications necessary for an active enquiry, transaction or client engagement.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not state that the current website uses advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies unless such tools are actually implemented. The site and third-party infrastructure may use technically necessary storage, request logs or similar technologies required to load, secure and operate the website. If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking, we may update this Policy and implement any additional notice or consent mechanism required by law.
14. Children
Arseductra's website and services are intended for businesses, founders, professionals and adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for the purpose of providing our services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
15. Third-party websites
Our website may link to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. You should review the policies of those third parties before providing information to them.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, payment flows or legal obligations change. The version published on this website will be the version that applies to website use from the time it is posted, subject to any additional notice required by law.
